So, let's just get this out there.... My Mother In Law= Genius! That woman can cook and I have learned a lot from watching her and stalking her in the kitchen. She probably thinks that I am a weirdo watching her all the time but I have really learned  how to economize, meal plan and recycle food into more food awesomeness so you never have to eat leftovers.
