The other day, the Hubs and I were in the car getting stuff done. He has every other weekend off so we have exactly 48 hours to get things done. We were in and out of the car all day, going to get stuff from the hardware store, getting clothes to update our dilapidated wardrobes... it was a never ending cycle of in and out of the car and the one thing that I noticed, that every time we got in the car we heard a familiar sound.
I started listening to country music when it started to calmed the monster down while we were doing errands. She was approximately 4 months old and was soothed by Sugarland and it made the very stressful day go by that much easier. I actually am starting to enjoy listening to country music so it's sometimes on the radio and sometimes the Cars 108 is on for easy listening.
Throughout the day, we had driven around and had picked different stations due to my lack of attention span. EVERY TIME we got in the car and turned it on.... Taylor Swift was singing a song. It was NEVER the same song. The first three times it happened, I chocked it up to a coincidence. After hearing every freaking Taylor Swift song known to man, I started looking over my shoulder checking to see if she was standing behind me or something.
I am still kinda freaked out that she is just going to show up and start singing to me and my monster. Not that I would mind, but it's still kinda creepy.
