Tonight I will be taking part of a Casserole Party that my Bestie was genius and organized enough to put on for all of us. What we are doing is making one meal but 8 portions for future dinners. Once we get to the party, we trade meals and will come home with 8 different freezer meals. When it's all said and done, you will have 8 different freezer meals on hand for busy days when cooking something home made is impossible. I will post pictures later tonight but be forewarned on it's awesome organizing power. I'm so excited to be able to have 8 different food options on hand and not have to think about dinner or really much more than turning the oven on!
Options for my brain to think about: pre-making crock pot meals for freezing so that I have to think less after work. I guess I know what I will be doing this weekend! :}
