So many things in my life have changed since having a child. Not only is my sanity waning but my whole way of life has been turned upside down. Here is a small glimpse into how my life has changed.
I used to chose items of fashion for just that, fashion. These days I have to think about so many different things including the question, 'Can I fit wipes, diapers and sunscreen in here?' Which brings me to the conclusion, that if you are a mom you can ultimately save the world with your purse. There are so many things stocked in my purse at this moment that I could feed a small child army with the snacks in there, cure diaper rash, pacify approximately 4 children with Nuks, bandage 45 boo-boos and cure gas pains for 12 infants.
As a photographer and shooting at multiple weddings I have come to hoard things in my camera bag, stuff multiple things in my pockets and have clothes pins, bobby pins, safety pins and a sewing kit at my disposal at all times. I can also fix multiple wardrobe malfunctions with double sided tape and bandages. Try me, I can fix it! I am pretty sure that my purse hoarding/ worst case scenario kit has been the developed collection of life experiences and personal boo-boos, so my child will not want for anything if there is ever a situation where we need to wait for an extended period of time over 20 minutes.
So my question for the Mommy's Club is this, What is in your purse? Comment below, I am interested in hearing what is in the depths of your Mary Poppins Bag. :)
